At Cuba’s Neurosciences Center in Havana, an event celebrating the scientific ties between Cuba and China.
Chinese and Cuban scientists and officials praised the friendly scientific relationship between their nations at the premiere of a documentary film dedicated to Cuban neuroscientist Pedro Valdes.
Valdes has worked in China over the past decade, where his achievements have been honored with China’s International Science and Technology Cooperation Award and by President Xi Jinping himself.
CGTN’s Luis Chirino in Havana attended the premiere.
