Venezuela says its entire military is being placed at a state of readiness, including a volunteer militia and almost 200,000 soldiers, after the U.S. said its largest aircraft carrier, the USS Ford, had moved closer to the Latin America region. The United States says its military buildup is aimed at stopping drug trafficking. CGTN correspondent Stephen Gibbs in Caracas has more.
