Cuba is facing a severe spread of mosquito-borne diseases, called arboviruses, including Dengue Fever, Chikungunya, Oropouche and others affecting the respiratory and digestive systems.
Dengue and Chikungunya are at the center of concern as they have impacted nearly a third of the population. Authorities have deployed preventive and medical efforts to contain the outbreaks.
