Electric cars sales are taking off in South America. Leading the curve, Chinese brands such as BYD, Gel and Chery. Many thousands are arriving directly from Shanghai to Chancay, in Peru, where a Chinese-built port in transforming trade between the two continents, as Dan Collyns reports.
