U.S. and Ukrainian officials met in Florida on Sunday, Nov. 30, to finalize a peace framework aimed at ending the conflict in Ukraine. The talks come before U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff travels to Moscow on Tuesday for planned key talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
