A classical Chinese poetry festival was held recently in Havana’s Chinatown with young Cuban students interpreting classical poems from the other side of the globe and performing traditional Chinese dances.
The festival, hosted by the Center of Chinese Arts and Traditions in the heart of Havana’s Chinatown, featured Cuban children and young people, who are currently enrolled in programs to learn the Chinese language and ancient traditions.
