Floodwaters are beginning to pull back across western Washington state, but forecasters warn the danger hasn’t passed. The U.S. National Weather Service has issued new flood watches through midweek, with several flood warnings still in effect, as another wave of rain moves into already saturated areas. Cleanup efforts are now underway, but officials remain concerned that rivers could rise again. Roza Kazan reports.
