Peru has set an ambitious roadmap to reach $140 billion in exports by 2040. Officials says it's the beginning of an effort to expand Peru’s economy and make the country the leading port hub on Latin America’s Pacific seaboard. CGTN correspondent Dan Collyns reports from Lima.
