U.S. cities face power outages and travel chaos amid winter storm

As a major winter storm moves away from the United States, the National Weather Service says extreme frigid temperatures will impact two-thirds of the eastern U.S. for the most of the week.  At least more than a dozen people have died from the storm.  The deadly weekend storm system led to record-breaking snow accumulations, wide spread power outages, and thousands of flight cancellations.
