U.S. President Donald Trump has dispatched his border czar Tom Holman to Minnesota, two days after a second deadly shooting of a U.S. citizen by federal agents. Cellphone videos posted on social media appear to contradict the federal government’s story that the victim approached border patrol officers with a gun.
