U.S. President Trump is threatening to hike tariffs against its northern neighbor Canada again. The move follows Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney’s trip to China in mid- January and his well-received speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last week. CGTN’s Diane Hodges has the latest.
