The US energy secretary Chris Wright has wound up a three-day visit to Venezuela, which marked a significant shift in relations between the two countries. In early January, US forces seized President Nicolás Maduro. But Washington has since announced a $100 billion plan to rebuild Venezuela's energy industry. Stephen Gibbs has more from Caracas.
