To welcome the Year of the Horse, Chinese cake artist Zhou Yi, known as the “Sugar King,” created a 4-meter-tall fondant “Flying Horse” sculpture, using 1.5 tons of fondant (a pliable dough-like icing) and spending more than 100 days to complete the masterpiece.
