Multiple states in the northeast U.S. are under a state of emergency due to a powerful blizzard. The storm system brought more than 60 centimeters of snow in some places, that's two feet, along with dangerous winds. The weather phenomenon called a bomb cyclone is impacting tens of millions and bringing travel to a standstill, canceling schools and flights. CGTN’s Walter Morris reports.
