There's chaos once again over tariffs after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked President Donald Trump's sweeping levies imposed last year against America's trading partners. The decision was a major blow to the president's economic and trade agenda. Undeterred, Trump announced a 15 percent across-the-board tariff that would apply to every country. Some of those tariffs began Tuesday, Feb. 24. CGTN’s Walter Morris has details.
