The United Nations has marked four years since the start of the conflict in Ukraine, describing it as a “stain on our collective conscience.” UN officials are calling for an immediate ceasefire as the humanitarian toll continues to rise. According to UN estimates, more than 15,000 civilians have been killed since the fighting began, with this year recorded as the deadliest yet for non-combatants. CGTN's Nick Harper reports.
