German Chancellor Friedrich Merz tried his hand at comedy on Friday, Feb. 27, impersonating U.S. President Donald Trump during a rally for his conservative CDU Party. 

Touting reduced immigration numbers, Merz drew laughs and applause recounting Trump’s disbelief.
