The future of China-Brazil relations

China’s Two Sessions - the annual meetings between the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference - began on Thursday, March 5.

Decisions announced at the meeting will be closely scrutinized for their potential economic and political impacts by countries the world over. In Brazil, China’s largest Latin American trading partner, much is on the line for commercial and development partnerships. 

CGTN’s Lucrecia Franco spoke with Brazilian China specialist Evandro Menezes de Carvalho about what the future of the bilateral relationship might hold.
