After a brutally cold winter for much of the U.S., the prospect of taking off for warmer climes during the Spring Break vacation is enticing until you see the lines for security checks at some airports. Some of the country’s busiest hubs have been chaotic because the federal government department overseeing airport security ran out of funding weeks ago. CGTN's Owen Fairclough has more.
