The Republic of Korea is this Wednesday beginning to restrict vehicle use to save fuel due to the Iran crisis.

Like many governments across Asia, Seoul is facing energy shortages as Iran throttles Middle East fuel supplies over its conflict with the U.S. and Israel. 

As Owen Fairclough reports, other countries are now taking similar measures amid warnings this energy crisis will be prolonged.
