The International Monetary Fund is cutting its global growth forecast due to the conflict in the Middle East. Up to $50 billion more in IMF funding may be needed to counter the global effects of almost six weeks of fighting. The predictions come ahead of next week’s annual Spring Meetings in Washington, D.C.
