Rafael Mariano Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), shared his views with CGTN’s Elaine Reyes on how to make the United Nations more effective as a candidate for UN Secretary-General.

Drawing on his experience at the IAEA, Grossi said work on issues including nuclear matters has shown that multilateral organizations can play a constructive role and deliver concrete outcomes even in complex global challenges.
