Mexican special forces confirmed they arrested top commander of the Jalisco New Generation cartel Audias Flores, also known as “El Jardinero" on April 27.
Aerial footage shows Flores' arrest as he attempted to hide in a drainage ditch in El Mirador, 12 miles north of Puerto Vallarta.
