Iran's foreign ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said that the U.S. must ease up on its demands on Iran. Negotiations have stalled after two months of U.S. strikes. In a news briefing on Monday, May 4, Baqaei said that Iran's priority now is ending the war and asked the U.S. to "commit to a reasonable approach and abandon its excessive demands regarding Iran."
