It’s being called the AI trial of the century as billionaire generative AI torchbearers Elon Musk and Sam Altman duke it out in court. 

Elon Musk is suing Open AI, claiming it defrauded him out of billions by changing OpenAI from a nonprofit to a combination non-profit and for-profit enterprise after he left the company.
