The so-called artificial intelligence trial of the century is moving closer toward a resolution.
Elon Musk is suing Open AI, claiming the company he helped co-found defrauded him out of billions after OpenAI moved from a nonprofit to a combination non-profit and for-profit enterprise after he left the company.
Musk is demanding billions in damages as well as the removal of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and President Greg Brockman.
