Caribbean nations face economic setbacks as Iran conflict continues

The Iran conflict is already affecting Caribbean economies, as fuel prices surge and airlines are sharing the cost with passengers. That’s not only affecting the region’s tourism-dependent economies, but also the cost of imported food, electricity and transportation.
