In Brazil, housing programs are once again up and running.
As millions struggle with poverty and limited access to home ownership, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is reviving a program he started in 2009 called "Minha Casa Minha Vida," translated as "My House, My Life," initiating or partnering in new constructions across the country to help vulnerable families improve their lives.
