As trade negotiations between the U.S. and Mexico continue, a Reuters report says the Trump administration told Mexican officials that U.S. tariffs on Mexican steel will continue. In response, Mexico’s government has created a new policy in which all new infrastructure projects can only use Mexican-made steel. CGTN’s Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
