Bolivia's political tensions are intensifying as President Rodrigo Paz has revoked a law that previously set limits on how and when a state of emergency could be declared.
The president has also called for dialogue with demonstrators who have been demanding his resignation for weeks. Meanwhile, the larger population continues to struggle amid shortages and price hikes.
