On Wednesday, June 3, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution to limit President Donald Trump's ability to continue the war against Iran. In a vote of 215 for and 208 against, the resolution passed, marking one of the few times in U.S. history that a congressional body has approved a motion to limit a president's powers to wage war.
