Vancouver is getting World Cup-ready. A giant version of FIFA 2026’s official match ball now covers the dome of Science World, while Grouse Mountain has unveiled what it says is a record-breaking Canadian flag stretched across a ski run.
The displays are part of the city's build-up to the biggest World Cup in history, with 48 teams, 3 host nations, and hundreds of thousands of visitors expected during the tournament.
