The AI revolution is upon us but it comes at a cost. AI needs data centers, large server farms that can process information at ever faster speeds and at scale. 

Data centers use energy, lots of it- and they get hot needing huge amounts of water to cool their thousands of servers.

In the United States there are growing concerns in communities where data centers are springing up and drawing on the resources people need and largely pay for.
