Oil prices rise again amid ceasefire fractures

Global crude oil prices rose this Monday as the U.S. and Iran fight over control of the Strait of Hormuz.  The two sides have renewed hostilities significantly after U.S. President Trump last week declared the ceasefire over. And energy prices are once again the collateral amid a dispute over who is effectively in charge of one of the world’s most critical waterways. CGTN's Owen Fairclough reports.
