U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday, July 22, oversaw the return of four U.S. military personnel killed as fighting with Iran has intensified. Trump attended a dignified transfer ceremony, having done so months earlier for six service people who died in the early stages of the conflict.
And in a mark of the rapid escalation in hostilities, both sides are moving beyond striking each other’s military to target infrastructure critical for fulfilling basic human needs.
