Hamas said it has agreed to a key part of the ceasefire deal with Israel, brokered by U.S. President Trump and his “Board of Peace.”  

This new agreement, announced by Trump on Thursday, July 30, and confirmed by Hamas on Friday, includes Hamas giving up its weapons on the condition that Israeli forces withdraw from the region. 

But Palestinians and Israelis have expressed skepticism over the deal.
