Video from bystanders captures the moment a gunman opened fire at an In-N-Out burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Saturday, August 1, killing three people and injuring seven others.

Police said the gunman, identified as 24-year-old Chad Williams, acted alone in the incident. Williams died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the scene. Police are still determining Williams motives and the suspect’s family is fully cooperating with authorities.
