Brazil is seeking to attract more visitors from China and officials say their efforts are already delivering results. In May, Brazil’s tourism minister led a promotional mission to Shanghai, just weeks after Brazil waived visa requirements for Chinese citizens in response to a similar move by China. Our correspondent Paulo Cabral sat down with the minister.
