US President Donald Trump and Venezuela's acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, have announced an agreement that will grant the US majority control of more than 65 billion barrels of proven Venezuelan oil reserves. Both governments have said the deal will be mutually beneficial to their populations, but some in Venezuela have expressed concern.
