Iran’s military spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaqari condemned the recent U.S. strikes on southern Iran, saying civilians were killed. Zolfaqari said that the Iranian armed forces, backed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, conducted retaliatory strikes on U.S. installations in the region. He added that Tehran would launch stronger retaliatory attacks if Washington continues its strikes. The comments came after the U.S. military said it had completed another wave of attacks on Iran, and Tehran accused Washington of targeting a wedding, killing several civilians.
