Canada and the EU are getting closer. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has welcomed the EU offer of what is being called an “associate membership.” He says this will be put up for debate and a final vote in Canada’s Parliament. Canada and the EU have also said they want to strengthen cooperation on several sectors including trade, AI, climate and Arctic security. CGTN's correspondent Nina Devries has reaction from Toronto.
