Brazil is co-chair for a new coalition with China and the European Union that wants national carbon markets to work with each other. During its second meeting, in Wuhan this month, the coalition’s member countries approved a work plan through 2030, and Brasília is now negotiating a carbon-market agreement with Beijing. CGTN's correspondent Paulo Cabral sat down with the official who led Brazil's delegation to China.
