Tennessee halts executions after inmate's failed lethal injection

A woman in Tennessee has survived not one, but two lethal injections in a botched execution.

Christa Pike’s attorneys say she is still alive, but her prognosis is unclear.

Pike had been convicted of brutally murdering a classmate in 1995 when she was 18 years old.

She was set to be the first woman executed in Tennessee in more than 200 years.
