NYPD bodycam footage shows officers helping Oscar Belgal and transporting him to a hospital after an ICE agent shot him in the neck during an enforcement operation in Manhattan’s Marble Hill neighborhood on Oct. 8. Police said his 5-year-old son was in the back seat of his car. ICE officials said Belgal struck two agency vehicles and drove toward officers; Mayor Zohran Mamdani called the shooting an “outrage.”
