A Venezuelan community is setting an example on how joined-up efforts can breathe new life into run-down public spaces.

Right in the heart of Venezuela's capital Caracas is located Los Palos Grandes, a middle-class neighborhood, which has been transformed into a vibrant, colorful setting for some of the country's best urban artwork.
